Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship most of our orders within 1-3 business days to anywhere in the Continental United States and Canada. USPS First Class, Priority, and Express mail shipping options are available depending on your order weight and shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

We'll notify you via email of your USPS tracking number when available. You can track USPS packages using the USPS Track & Confirm web page.

Out of Stock Items: Normally all products shown on our site are in stock and ship from our IL warehouse. On rare occasions when the product you ordered is out of stock, we'll send you an email with an estimated shipping date.

Partial Shipments: You will be notified via email if an order cannot be shipped in its entirety. With your permission, we will ship the available items.

Cancellations: If for any reason you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will gladly cancel it free of charge. If however we have already shipped your items, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages: Even though damages are unlikely as we pack all orders well, please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Do NOT sign for a damaged parcel without full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local USPS office or contact us via e-mail.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

To ensure that you are properly credited, please e-mail IncoShop.com to obtain a return authorization. All returns are shipped prepaid by the customer. Warranty returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Please understand that we cannot accept goods that are returned incomplete or in used condition.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow our return policy to return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

How and When Refunds Are Processed

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 1 to 3 weeks of our receiving your return.

Returns are inspected and processed within 1 to 3 weeks of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing. We do not refund express shipping or international shipping charges.

How Refunds Are Calculated

The amount of your refund depends on several factors. The cost of shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.

  • Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 10 days after delivery is subject to 25% restocking fee.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
If you return any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
